Notting Hill Genesis is a not-for-profit organisation providing affordable homes for Londoners. It is one of London’s largest housing associations, acting as both a landlord and a developer, with more than 65,000 homes and around 1,800 employees.

Задачи:

• Assess the resources and budget required to deliver change
• Investigate, evaluate, and document business processes with cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for change and value for money by optimising resources and balancing cost, quality, and outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand pain points, gather insights, and co-create solutions
• Gather, define, and prioritise requirements and user stories through workshops, interviews, and user insights, and obtain sign-off from the project board and key stakeholders
• Produce and agree acceptance criteria with stakeholders and sponsors, ensuring traceability from idea to delivery
• Plan testing to ensure objectives and outcomes meet agreed acceptance criteria
• Lead testing activities and quality assurance, from test scripts to outcomes, working with suppliers and business leaders
• Support training, user guides, and handover to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual
• Manage small-scale projects or significant workstreams within larger programmes, following the organisation’s standard methodology

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting the testing, training, and implementation of new systems or services
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
• Excellent IT skills, including MS Visio, data, and reporting systems
• A relevant qualification may be required, subject to confirmation of legislative changes; candidates who are not already qualified may be expected to study towards a professional qualification
