Automotive After-Sales Support Specialist

Marshall Motor Group Canterbury is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for Aftersales customers, handling service bookings and enquiries. You will engage with customers, both inbound and outbound, to ensure a seamless service journey and build strong relationships.

The role offers a 40-hour week (Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm or 9am–6pm) with a base salary of £26,509 and OTE up to £28,000, plus 25 days leave, life assurance, pension, and employee discounts.
