Part Time Senior Legal Counsel/General Counsel

2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday)

The role:

Commercial / Contractual

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of B2B commercial contracts, including client service agreements, consultant terms, NDAs, supplier contracts, referral agreements, engagement letters and terms of business.
• Support interim, finance, and funding-related contracts, working closely with finance and leadership teams.
• Identify and manage contractual risk while balancing commercial objectives.

Employment Law

• Advise on employment law matters across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, policies, disciplinary processes, grievances, and exits.
• Support business leaders with pragmatic, compliant employment advice.
• Liaise with external employment counsel where specialist input is required.

Requirement

• England & Wales qualified solicitor
• Experience with employment and commercial matters
