Strategic Maintenance Planner & Scheduler

River Clyde Homes Group in Greenock is seeking a Work Planner to coordinate scheduling of operatives, contractors and suppliers across responsive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, compliance works, voids and environmental works.

You will diagnose repair requests, plan diaries, arrange equipment and materials, raise work orders and administer contractor work. 37 hours per week, temporary 12 months, salary £32,008. Closing date Tue 20 Oct 2026.
