Lear Corporation and the University of Warwick offer a four-year Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship starting September 2027, combining university study with hands-on engineering experience. You’ll rotate through Lear’s engineering and technical functions, designing, developing and validating innovative automotive seating systems while earning a salary.
