Global Regulatory Affairs Lead – Hybrid, Consumer Health

Bayer is seeking a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager in Reading (Hybrid working) to drive regulatory strategies across a diverse Consumer Health portfolio. You will support lifecycle activities, ensure registrations, and maintain marketing authorisations in multiple markets.

The role requires 3–5 years’ Regulatory Affairs experience in Consumer Health, strong communication, and the ability to work across global teams to influence regulatory strategy.
