Deputy Care Home Manager — Lead Residential Dementia Team

Sterling Cross Ltd. is recruiting for a Deputy Home Manager to support the running of a residential care home in Wirral. The role is based on DAYS shifts (40.5 hours) in a welcoming property with dementia care facilities and landscaped surroundings.

You should have prior Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Team Leader experience in a residential care setting, with NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and strong leadership skills. Unrestricted UK work rights apply; visa sponsorship is not available.
