Lettings Property Manager – Over 200 Properties

Nexus ERP Limited in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Lettings Property Manager to oversee around 200 properties across the area, ensuring tenancy agreements, inventories and section notices are kept up to date.

You will handle applications and referencing, prepare move-in files, and manage property maintenance while ensuring all lettings compliance is in order; working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00 with one in three Saturdays 9:00–16:00, with a day off in lieu.
