Service SupervisorLocation: NewcastleSalary:£42,000-£46,000We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead our Service Control team and oversee service delivery across the North.

The Service Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop the Service Control team.
• Coordinate engineers and daily service delivery.
• Monitor WIP, KPIs, revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and resolve service issues and bottlenecks.
• Improve processes, systems and ways of working.
• Support training, onboarding and team development.
• Work closely with Operations, Technical and Customer Support teams.
• Drive consistent, high-quality customer service.

About The Service Supervisor:

• 5+ years’ experience in a Service Control, Service Delivery or Hire Desk role.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organised, proactive and results-driven.
• Good Microsoft 365 skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable: Experience within the construction equipment/OEM sector.
