Residential Property Manager – Portfolio Lead (150+)

Centre Point Recruitment in North Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio and deliver a high level of customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

You will manage a portfolio of 150–170 properties, coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, and liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors. Strong knowledge of property management legislation and excellent communication skills are essential.
