Consultant – HR Transformation & Operating Models Hybrid working | Up to £55,000
I’m working with a leading consultancy looking for an HR Transformation Consultant to join its team, helping organisations improve how HR operates and delivers services to employees.
This would suit someone who has gained experience in HR transformation, process improvement or shared services and is looking to build on that within consulting. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues on large-scale programmes, with the opportunity to get involved in both designing improvements and helping clients put them into practice.
You’ll support the review of HR processes, gather insights from stakeholders and help identify opportunities to make services more efficient and easier to use. This could involve improving how HR teams work together, clarifying responsibilities or helping shape new operating models.
Day to day, you’ll analyse data, map processes, contribute to workshops and turn your findings into clear recommendations. You’ll also help clients introduce new ways of working, supporting change activities and tracking how improvements are progressing.
As you develop, there’ll be opportunities to contribute to proposals, client presentations and new ideas within the practice. You’ll have access to training, certifications and support from colleagues to build your HR transformation and consulting skills.
What we’re looking for:
- Some experience supporting HR transformation, HR process improvement or changes to HR service delivery.
- An understanding of HR operations or shared services, gained in consulting or an in-house role.
- Confidence working with data and translating findings into clear insights.
- Good communication skills, a collaborative approach and an interest in developing your consulting career.
You don’t need to have led a transformation programme. The team is looking for someone who can contribute to project delivery, take ownership of their work and develop with support.
The role offers a salary of up to £55,000, flexible benefits and hybrid working, with flexibility required for client travel.
If you’re looking to build on your HR experience and get involved in a broader range of transformation projects, get in touch for a confidential chat.
