Part-Time Community Nurse: Home Care & Career Growth

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Band 5 Community Nurse for Calne Family Health Centre, part-time 22.5 hours/week. You will deliver holistic nursing care in patients’ homes, support independence, and work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective and compassionate care.

The post requires a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use. The role offers development opportunities through our Learning Enterprise and access to NHS Pension and Agenda for Change terms.
