Continuous Improvement Leader — Lean & OpEx

Shillito Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive efficiency across its manufacturing operations. You will lead and support Lean initiatives, Kaizen events and cost-reduction programs.

The role requires strong problem-solving, data analysis and stakeholder engagement to deliver sustainable improvements across multiple departments. Candidates will apply Six Sigma, 5S, PDCA and DMAIC methods to reduce waste and raise productivity across the site.
