Lead Platter Team – Hospitality Leader

Benugo in Cheltenham is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Platter Team Leader to join our hospitality team at John Lewis, Place To Eat. In this leadership role, you will oversee the platter service area, lead a dedicated team, ensure top customer experiences and uphold food safety standards.

You will conduct daily briefings, mentor staff, manage service flows and support delivery of high-quality food presentation while maintaining COSHH guidelines and health regulations.
