Dental Practice Manager – Lead & Grow the Team

Bupa Dental Care is seeking a Practice Manager for Wallington with responsibility for leading a 4-surgery practice. You will drive patient care, manage a team of 7-15 colleagues, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to CQC and regulations.

The role emphasizes revenue growth, marketing, and efficient diary/book management in a full-time, Monday–Friday setting. Experience in dental management is desirable; applicants from other sectors are welcome.
