Security & Customer Experience Team Lead

ABM Security is seeking a Security & Customer Service Team Leader for the Gyle Shopping Centre in Edinburgh. You will lead a 24/7 team on a 4-on/4-off pattern, ensure safety and welfare of the public, and assist retailers and staff with operational security matters.

The role involves responding to incidents, coordinating first aid, fire safety, CCTV monitoring, and enforcing policies. 42-hour week at £15.25/hour with 20 days leave, plus Perkbox benefits.
