Trauma‑Informed Residential Care Officer (Edge of Care)

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is launching an innovative Edge of Care Residential Service and invites applications for Residential Care Officers. You’ll help children feel safe, valued and understood, and support families through crises in a trauma-informed, restorative setting.

We offer permanent roles with both full-time and part-time opportunities. Salary ranges from £30,515 to £34,811 pro rata, plus a Level 1 Unsociability Allowance and additional sleep-in payments.
