Children’s Residential Care Team Leader – Growth & Impact

Swanton Care in Salford is seeking a Team Leader for Children’s residential services. You will lead a supportive care team, ensure high standards of care for children with complex health needs, and help young people learn and grow in a safe environment.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 or working towards it, a willingness to work across shifts, and a passion for empowering young people. The position offers 40 hours per week at £14.80 per hour, with a range of staff benefits.
