Health and Safety Support Officer

As the Health and Safety Support Officer you will report directly to the Senior Health and Safety Officer and will be responsible for:

• Analysing the department’s health and safety performance, advising on performance issues and supporting the delivery of actions to ensure continuous improvement.
• Carrying out health and safety internal audits.
• Managing the department’s Health and Safety information systems, ensuring they are kept up to date.
• Coordinating and taking minutes at health and safety meetings.We are looking for a self-motivated individual to support the Business Improvement team in the delivery of health and safety priorities and promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout the department.
