Butlin’s is seeking a Supervisor Plus to lead and coach teams across Accommodation, Buffets, Bars & Shops, Restaurants & QSRs. You will champion service standards, drive upselling, manage audits, and turn observations into action while ensuring guest satisfaction.
You’ll cover mainly Monday and Friday accommodation shifts with flexibility across departments to meet guest demand, standards and brand guidelines. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
