Area Operations Leader – Safety & Efficiency

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Area/Shift Manager in Southampton to lead a large, diverse team and ensure safety, quality and productivity across shifts. You’ll analyse performance, drive improvements and collaborate with other managers to standardise processes while maintaining a strong team culture.

You’ll work on-site at one of our operational sites, managing daily tasks, escalation handling and contingency planning to meet customer demand and keep operations running smoothly.
