Savings Customer Ambassador — Local Branch, Customer Impact

The Nottingham Building Society is seeking a Savings Customer Ambassador to be the first point of contact for customers in-branch or by phone. You will support the end-to-end customer journey, walking in customers’ shoes to understand their needs through engaging conversations and service.

You will join a close-knit branch within the local community, delivering excellent service and helping customers save for their home ownership goals.
