Desktop Support Analyst — Trading Tech (London)

Actus Search is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst for our London technology team. You will support 500+ users in a Windows environment, handling on-site and remote work, and respond quickly to incidents with a focus on automation and efficiency.

You’ll work with Level 2/3 teams and external vendors, following ITSM processes, and participate in weekend on-call rotations. A strong customer service mindset and prior desktop experience are essential.
