Lead Biomedical Scientist – Special Procedures, Histology

University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust is inviting applications for the Special Procedures Section Lead in the Histology department at Derriford Hospital, Plymouth. The role requires HCPC registration and leadership of a team handling IHC, special stains, cytology and molecular send away.

The successful candidate will oversee quality systems, safety, and training, while liaising with colleagues and service users to sustain a 7-day, 24/7 service as the Trust evolves.
