Hygiene Team Leader — Fast-Paced Food Safety Lead

Pilgrim’s Europe at the Westerleigh site is seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to drive daily hygiene operations and ensure compliance with stringent food safety standards. You will support the Supervisor, monitor equipment and records, and lead a team to maintain high cleanliness across the site.

The role requires COSHH awareness, health & safety vigilance, and the ability to coordinate training and audits in a fast-paced production environment.
