Occupational Health Admin & Operations Lead

NHS Grampian is seeking an experienced Assistant Business and Administration Manager to lead Occupational Health Services’ administrative function from Foresterhill Lea, Aberdeen, with travel to other sites as required.

You will supervise admin staff, allocate workloads, support attendance and performance, and help staff through operational changes. You’ll contribute to admin procedures, digital workflows, information governance and service improvements.
