Reablement Officer: Empower Independent Living at Home

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is recruiting five Reablement Officers for the Adult Social Care Reablement Service. The role focuses on enabling residents to regain independence through person-centred programmes in their homes.

Role is permanent, part-time (20 hours) with a 7-day, 7:00–22:00 operating window; flexible rota across weekends and bank holidays. Requires Level 2 Health and Social Care or Care Certificate and strong English communication.
