Head of Marketing, Commercial Property Growth

MCR Property Group is growing its commercial property portfolio and is looking for a Head of Marketing to launch the new brand and lead marketing across offices, workspace, industrial and mixed-use assets in Manchester.

Based in Manchester with five days in the office and UK travel, you will own the marketing strategy and budget, run campaigns to attract occupiers, and build a dedicated commercial property marketing team to drive demand and occupancy.
