Recovery & Tenancy Support Officer

Codi Group in Caerphilly, Wales, is seeking a dedicated individual to support residents in our Supported Accommodation service as they work towards independent tenancies.

You will engage with service users, follow personalised plans, deliver tenancy and wellbeing workshops, liaise with external agencies, and help maintain a safe building environment while promoting dignity and empowerment.
