Job Description:
Serencroft Care Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join the night team at Woodlands Care Home, Stockport. This 40-hour week role is paid at £25.17 per hour and nights only, with a strong focus on safe, person-centred nursing care.
You will lead the night team, administer medications, maintain records, and liaise with GPs and health professionals. Full induction and ongoing development are provided within a supportive, values-led multi-site care group.
