Procurement Manager – Flexible Hours & Complex Projects

Places for People, the UK’s leading social enterprise, seeks a Procurement Manager to lead high-value frameworks and dynamic markets for Procurement Hub in Preston. You will manage tendering and negotiations end-to-end, drive best value and compliance, and work with customers, legal advisers and suppliers to mitigate commercial risk across multiple categories.

This is a hybrid Preston role, around two days per week on site.
