Fast-Paced Food Retail Associate (Evenings/Weekends)

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant for our Food section in Newbury. You will be at the frontline, delivering five-star service to customers while working across Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, with potential full-time hours in December.

You’ll use Sparks App and in-store devices to assist shoppers and drive sales. You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy store, be a team player, and adapt to changing retail needs.
