Clinical Pharmacist – GP Practice (Flexible Hours)

K&W Healthcare is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist with General Practice experience to join our Brent-based GP network. The successful candidate will work across multiple practices, collaborating with GPs, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team to optimise medicines and improve patient outcomes.

You will conduct structured medication reviews, support cost-effective prescribing, manage repeat prescriptions and contribute to audits and quality improvement.
