Brunelcare is seeking a Help When You Need It (HWYNI) Officer to provide targeted short-term support to adults 55+ in Bristol and surrounding areas. The role focuses on enabling independent living through practical help, benefits advice, budgeting and housing assistance, with collaboration across families and professionals.

You will travel to clients’ homes, assess needs, and monitor progress, regularly reviewing support plans to ensure positive outcomes.
