Store Shift Manager: Lead Fast-Paced Team

Heron Foods in Clock Face, St Helens is seeking a Shift Manager to run the store on 36 hours per week. Pay is £13 per hour, and you’ll lead the team to deliver excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.

You’ll be hands-on, open to leading by example, managing stock and opening/closing routines, and creating a positive, productive store environment. Successful candidates will have supervisory retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to stay organized under pressure.
