Strategic Finance Manager – Group Ops & FP&A

Ocado Group is seeking a Head of Group Financial Planning to partner with Group Ops and the Office of the CEO, driving monthly reporting, budgeting and rolling outlooks while supporting cost initiatives and cash flow optimisation.

You will build relationships with senior stakeholders, mentor a Finance Business Partner, and champion consistency across the Group Ops finance team as part of a high-visibility executive finance function.
