Finance Manager – Manufacturing ERP & Insight Lead

AtkinsClarke is recruiting a Finance Manager for a North Birmingham based manufacturing business. The role covers end-to-end finance, including cost control, margins, and HR/payroll as the business migrates its ERP. You will lead a Finance Assistant and report directly to senior management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong cost accounting, and ERP experience, with qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT or equivalent. Office-based in North Birmingham, salary up to £55k.
