Field-Based Housing & Welfare Officer

Mears Group PLC is seeking a Resident Welfare Officer to support vulnerable individuals in the North East, covering Northumberland and surrounding areas. The role is field-based, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5pm, and an occasional on-call rotation.

You will provide practical, administrative and pastoral support, with safeguarding at the core, helping clients access interim housing and move toward settled accommodation.
