Weekend Live Event Production Lead

Lumos Experiences is seeking a hands-on Freelance Production Manager to lead the setup, AV delivery, and breakdown of weekend candlelight concerts across the UK. Expect ownership of equipment handling from Reading storage to venues, with direct on-site responsibility from arrival to departure.

The role is a part-time contractor position, primarily Fridays and Saturdays, with travel across the UK. A full driving licence and readiness for physical, on-site work are essential.
