Senior Estate & Asset Manager – Energy & Compliance

Lisburn & Castlereagh City Council is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead planning, delivery and improvement of Estate and Asset Management across its property portfolio. You will manage the Estates Strategy, oversee surveys, procurement and staff supervision within the Assets Unit.

The role is based at Lagan Valley Island, Lisburn, offering 37 hours per week and a temporary 26-week plus contract, with a pay rate of £26.62 per hour, paid weekly.
