Inclusion & Student Support Lead

Ark Victoria Academy in Birmingham seeks a Central Collegiate Inclusion Manager to promote inclusion and support vulnerable pupils across the Central Collegiate network. You will work with school leaders, pastoral teams and the Local Authority to ensure pupils at risk of exclusion or on off-site placements receive guidance and opportunities to succeed.

You will coordinate placements, monitor transitions, engage families and use data to respond to concerns, helping schools improve placement
