Director of Learning (English) – Curriculum Lead

St Hild’s Church of England School, part of NEAT Academy Trust, seeks a Director of Learning for English to lead and develop our Key Stage 3 to 4 English curriculum, ensuring high standards and strong learner outcomes.

You will work with the senior leadership team to set aims, allocate resources, and monitor progress toward strategic goals, while leading a team of teachers and support staff to deliver an ambitious, inclusive curriculum.
