Hybrid Customer Services Advisor | Remote & Office

Moat is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our hybrid team in Dartford or remotely. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, contractors and suppliers, handling calls, emails and webchat with empathy and clear communication.

The role offers 35 hours per week, permanent contracted status, and a salary of £23,920–£29,900 per year, with initial six weeks of full-time training at the Dartford office and ongoing support to grow within our customer service team.
