Care-at-Home Social Work Assistant (Flexible Hours)

South Lanarkshire Council is recruiting a Social Work Assistant based at Council Headquarters, Hamilton. You will support the Care at Home service, ensuring statutory obligations are met and service users’ health and wellbeing needs are addressed.

Working 35 hours per week, with pattern Mon-Thu 8.45am-4.45pm and Fri 8.45am-4.15pm, you will liaise with external providers, service users and families to coordinate care.
