Mental Health Nurse – Home Visits (Older Adults)

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Mental Health Nurse/Community Psychiatric Nurse to work across teams in the Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead Older Peoples Mental Health Service. You will provide care in the home and community, with visits across a caseload and opportunities to lead on areas of interest.

The role is full-time, operates 7 days a week, and requires a driving license and car for home visits.
