Store Trading & Operations Lead

Sainsbury’s in London is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead store operations and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll work with a small team of managers to keep the store running smoothly and safely while coaching colleagues for peak performance.

In this hands-on role, you’ll assume accountability for day-to-day activities, manage performance and scheduling, and support neighbouring stores when required. A strong track record in retail leadership is essential.
