Our fully listed client based in Surrey, seeks an experienced, ACG/FCG qualified candidate with solid PLC experience to join their strong and well-established Secretariat team. Reporting to the CEO and Chairman.

This role would suit a candidate with the following skills and experience;

• CGI – ACG/FCG
• Prior FTSE plc experience
• Strong technical skills
• Good leadership and people skills including managing and mentoring team
• Confident and effective communication skills at all levels of the business
• Business/commercial outlook
• Experience of working in a business undergoing significant strategic change
• Integrity and discretion
• Ability to build strong and trusted relationships with the directors and executive team
