Estates Project Lead: Refurbishment & Care Homes

Agincare is seeking an Estates Project Manager to drive refurbishment, redevelopment and construction across a diverse property portfolio. This field-based role includes one day per week at the Portland, Dorset head office, with regular travel across the South West, South East, Midlands and Yorkshire regions.

You will deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to high standards, coordinating contractors, consultants and operational teams while ensuring compliance with health and safety
