Maintenance Coordinator for Care Home Operations

Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for Merlin Court Care Home in Marlborough to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents and colleagues, ensure smooth facilities operations, and uphold high standards of building upkeep.

You will resolve maintenance concerns, coordinate with approved contractors, handle emergencies, and, where applicable, supervise the Maintenance Assistant, setting objectives and conducting reviews.
