Youth Support Worker – Transforming Lives in Residential Care

CareTech in Gloucester is seeking a Youth Support Worker to provide consistent, caring support to young people in residential care, help them feel safe and valued, and act as a dependable adult role model.

You’ll support independence, listen to views, build positive relationships, and use Word, Outlook and electronic care recording systems to log daily progress; full training for Clearcare will be provided. A welcoming team, sleep-in payments, and progression opportunities accompany the role.
